Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms govern use of fenrohq.com ("the site"), operated by Fenro ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site, you agree to them.
What this site is
fenrohq.com is Fenro's public marketing site. It describes what Fenro does and lets you get in touch through a contact form. The site itself doesn't process payments, take bookings or sell anything directly. Those functions run on the systems Fenro builds and operates for individual clients (The Recovery Club is a live example), governed by that client's own signed agreement, not by these terms.
Using the site
Use the site for its intended purpose: reading about what Fenro does and getting in touch. Don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text and code are Fenro's, except where explicitly credited otherwise (for example, screenshots of The Recovery Club's own live site, used with permission). Don't reproduce or reuse this content without asking.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is." We keep it running and monitored, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for loss arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party sites, including The Recovery Club's live site and the ICO's complaints service. We're not responsible for their content or availability.
Managed Partnership and client engagements
Where the site mentions pricing or arrangements (Implementation, Managed Partnership), that's a public summary, not the contract for any specific engagement. Real client work is governed by that client's own signed agreement, which sets out the definitive scope, price and terms. As a standing principle across every engagement, though: either side can end Managed Partnership with 30 days' notice, service runs exactly as normal right up to the end of that period, and on exit your domain and your business data (customers, bookings, records) come with you. The platform Fenro builds and operates stays Fenro's, licensed for your use rather than transferred: the same way you'd take your orders and customer list from Shopify, not their engine.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland and the UK.
