Everything you need to sell your experience, working as one.

Fenro builds the booking, payment and membership systems around how your business really runs, then operates them.

  • Managed from launch
  • One accountable partner
  • Built around your business

Illustration with sample data: a customer books a 17:00 session for two people on the venue's booking page. The booking appears in the staff view straight away, and that session's remaining capacity drops from 5 to 3.

Customers can book online. Staff can sell at the desk. Why does it still feel like two different businesses?

The problem is rarely one missing feature. It's usually that the customer journey, booking rules, payments and staff workflows have grown into separate pieces that someone still has to hold together manually. You shouldn't have to be the system that holds everything together.

Who this is for

Established businesses selling access to a place, a resource or a scheduled experience. We start with recovery and wellness and work selectively across sports and activity venues, attractions, classes and tours.

What usually brings someone to Fenro

What's visible from outside

  • Customers can't tell what's available, or give up before they pay
  • Booking and payment feel like two separate journeys
  • Memberships and packages are hard to explain, and harder to run

What's broken underneath

  • You reconcile online and front-desk sales by hand
  • Staff work around software that doesn't fit how you operate
  • You manage several suppliers and still own every problem

Running now at The Recovery Club

The family runs the venue. Fenro built the booking, payment, membership and staff systems behind it, hosts them, keeps them up to date and supports them, shaped around the way the venue really runs.

See what was shaped around the operation
  • Booking notice

Public customers must book in time for the venue to prepare, and the earliest sessions have to be booked the evening before. Staff can still take a walk-in at the desk.

  • One capacity

Online and desk bookings draw on the same real capacity, so they never turn into two separate lists.

  • Two commercial models

Ordinary sessions are sold per person. Team sessions are a flat rate for the whole session.

“Overall, it’s made running the place a lot easier, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone running a similar business!”

Most software starts with its own model. We start with yours.

Typical software

  1. The software defines the model
  2. Your process adapts to it
  3. Workarounds handle the exceptions

Fenro

  1. Your operation defines the rules
  2. Fenro shapes the system around them
  3. Customers and staff work from one operation

Shared foundations. Custom where it matters.

  1. Reuse what already solves the problem.

Booking, checkout, payment, membership and admin patterns Fenro has already proven in a live system.

  2. Configure what should vary.

Your pricing, capacity, booking and cancellation rules: settings you change, not jobs for an engineer.

  3. Integrate what should stay.

Software that already works for you stays, connected properly.

  4. Build what the operation actually needs.

Where existing systems can't support the behaviour required, Fenro engineers it instead of handing you a workaround.

Included with every implementation

The build comes with the work that makes switching smooth and the first months productive.

  • Revenue Opportunity Assessment

Find where revenue and time may be leaking, and what's worth fixing first. We map your customer journey from first interest to booking, payment and repeat visit, and give you a prioritised plan for the improvements most worth making.

  • Done-for-You Switching

We do the move for you. We handle the migration and set-up, test the critical customer and staff flows before cutover, and onboard your team. Where practical, your current booking process keeps running until the new system is tested and approved.

  • Payment & Membership Integrity Checks

Payments and memberships are tested before customers rely on them. Before launch, we test and document the agreed booking, payment, refund and membership scenarios. After cutover, we verify representative live transactions.

  • First 90 Days Optimisation

Your system keeps improving after launch. For your first 90 days we review how the system is really used and make reasonable improvements within what we built, at no further implementation fee.

Also included

  • Revenue Recovery Setup

The retention and recovery mechanisms that are proven and available for your system, identified and set up for you.

  • Operating visibility

Staff tools for the bookings, payments and customers in the system we build, plus regular operating summaries.

What it costs

Three straightforward parts: a one-off set-up, a monthly fee for running your systems, and a small service fee on the sales they handle.

  • £3,000

    once

    Implementation

Discovery, set-up and launch of the system we agree, including everything above.

  • £350

    a month

    Managed Fenro

We operate, monitor, maintain and improve your systems, so technology stops being a job on your list. Month to month, with 30 days' written notice.

  • 1%

    of qualifying sales

    Fenro service fee

Calculated monthly on successful bookings and purchases made through your Fenro system, and added to your invoice.

For example, £10,000 of qualifying sales in a month means a £100 service fee. Refunds and failed or cancelled transactions aren't counted, and your proposal sets out exactly what qualifies. Payment-provider charges and other third-party costs are separate and itemised in your proposal. Materially new requirements are scoped and quoted separately before work starts.

From first conversation to a system we run for you

Every business has its own details. The sequence stays the same: understand the operation, agree what Fenro is responsible for, then build the smallest complete system.

  1. Assess

We map how customers book and pay and what your staff do behind the desk, and identify where the journey can improve.

  2. Scope

We agree what's reused, connected, configured or built, so you see exactly what's included before work starts.

  3. Launch

We build, test, migrate and onboard your team, and go live once everything is tested and approved. We stand behind what we build. If something in the agreed implementation needs correcting, we take care of it without another implementation fee.

  4. Refine

For your first 90 days we review how the system is really used and make agreed improvements within what we built.

  5. Run

From go-live, Managed Fenro keeps your systems operating, maintained and improving, for as long as we work together.

You run the business. Fenro runs the systems behind it.

You run

  • Your venue and your customer experience
  • Your prices and your services
  • Your business decisions

Fenro runs

  • The agreed hosting and technical infrastructure

Questions owners ask us

The answers we would give on a call.

How much does Fenro cost?

There are three parts. Implementation is £3,000: discovery, set-up and launch of the system we agree, including the Revenue Opportunity Assessment, Done-for-You Switching, Payment & Membership Integrity Checks and 90 days of optimisation. Managed Fenro is £350 a month and covers operating, monitoring, maintaining and improving your systems after launch. Fenro also charges a service fee of 1% of qualifying sales through the system. Third-party provider costs are stated in your proposal as included, passed through or paid directly. Materially new requirements are scoped and quoted separately before work starts. Your agreement sets out the payment schedule and the exact terms.

How does the 1% service fee work?

It's 1% of qualifying sales: successful customer bookings and purchases made through your Fenro system, before payment-processor fees. We calculate it monthly from the system's own records and add it to your invoice, so Fenro's earnings grow a little when your systems handle more business. Refunds and failed or cancelled transactions aren't counted, and your proposal sets out exactly what qualifies. Your payment provider's own charges are separate.

How does the working relationship work?

Managed Fenro is month to month, with 30 days' written notice from either side, and service continues as normal throughout. Your business data (customers, bookings, records) and your domain are yours, with an agreed export and help with the handover if you ever move on. The platform Fenro builds and operates stays Fenro's and is licensed to you while we run it, the way you'd take your orders and customer list from a shop platform, not its engine.

Who is responsible once we're live?

Fenro is, for the technical side. From go-live, Managed Fenro covers the agreed hosting, monitoring, maintenance, updates, integrations and technical support for your systems, and we keep improving them, including through your first 90 days of optimisation. You keep running the business: your customers, your prices, your services and your decisions.

Do I have to replace my existing website or booking tools?

Not automatically. We start by looking at what you already have. If it provides a sound base and can support the customer journey, it can stay and be connected properly. If it creates friction or stops the wider operation working as one, replacing it may be the better option. When you do switch, Done-for-You Switching covers the agreed migration, set-up, testing and team onboarding, and your current booking process keeps running where practical until the new one is tested and approved.

Why choose Fenro instead of a standard booking platform?

Most booking platforms give you a set of features and ask you to work within them. Fenro starts with how your business actually operates. We bring together proven technology, connect the tools worth keeping and build the parts your operation needs. Then we stay responsible for running it.

How can Fenro help me make more of the demand I already have?

It starts with the Revenue Opportunity Assessment, which looks at your customer journey, identifies where bookings, payments and repeat visits can be improved, and prioritises what to do first. From there Fenro improves the booking and payment experience and, through Revenue Recovery Setup, puts in place the retention and recovery mechanisms that are proven and available for your system.

What has Fenro delivered for an experience business?

The Recovery Club is live and taking customer bookings through a system Fenro built and still operates: the public site, capacity-based bookings that customers and staff share, online and front-desk payments, memberships, team bookings on a different commercial model, and the staff tools around all of it. The Recovery Club page sets out which rules were shaped around that operation and why.
